- Open the site http://www.blogger.com in your Web browser
Click the “CREATE A BLOG” button.
On the following page you’ll be prompted to create a Google Account (if no Google account yet).

Enter a Title for your blog (any title you liked).
Enter Address (URL) of your blog - you can use the title of your blog.
